You send us the control specification, schematics and I/O information. We build and test the database off-site, then deliver it as an electronic package containing the database file, installation instructions and configuration notes. Access credentials are issued separately to a named recipient. Your engineer installs it on site; the system is ready to run, not a starting point.

We are certified on Tridium Niagara, Trend IQ Vision and IQSET, SAUTER modulo 5 and EasyIO. We also have project experience across Schneider EcoStruxure Building Operation and Siemens Desigo. Where a project involves mixed systems, we integrate over BACnet IP and MS/TP, Modbus RTU, M-Bus and MQTT.

It depends primarily on the number of I/O points and the complexity of the control strategy. A single plant room and a multi-storey estate are very different pieces of work. Send us the I/O schedule and specification, and we will confirm a delivery date with the quotation.

We work directly with M&E consultants, main contractors, controls contractors and facilities teams. Enquiries are welcome at any project stage, from pre-tender estimating through to design and delivery.

The standard deliverable is an electronic package: the tested database, description of operations, I/O schedules and panel schedules where applicable. Printed and formally issued drawing sets in traditional design format are available and quoted separately.

We support your site engineers in real time by telephone, TeamViewer or VPN connection, depending on what your site security policy allows.

Our work is delivered off-site from the UK, which means location is rarely a constraint. Past projects span Ireland, Germany, Qatar and Romania, and we currently have an active project in Romania. Site attendance abroad is arranged by agreement where a project requires it.

The client owns the delivered database and documentation in full. Licensing of any third-party platform software remains subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
